Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation. They contain important information about your rights and obligations.

By completing your booking through the website www.venicedreamwatertaxi.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following.
You also confirm that you have the necessary legal authority to accept these terms and conditions in your own name or on behalf of any companions. Therefore, upon completing your booking, your responsibilities include paying due, notifying us if you wish to change or cancel your booking, as well as informing all other travelers in your group about their booking details.

Matteo Tagliapietra is defined as “the supplier”.
To request and contract a service it is necessary to follow the request procedure established on the website. All reservations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled transfer.
a) The reservation represents a direct contract between the user and the supplier. Any special conditions to the Supplier will be included in the confirmation of the booking request.
b) The booking or purchase of various transport services through the Website does not constitute a “Travel or Tour Package” in the sense set out in the 1990 European Directive on package travel, package holidays and package tours. Each booking constitutes an independent contract between you and Matteo Tagliapietra.
3. Online booking procedure
a) All public transport services offered by Matteo Tagliapietra through his website have been authorized by the local supplier.
b) By completing the booking form, you will purchase a service via the web. All information provided in the booking form will be forwarded to Matteo Tagliapietra in order to validate and confirm the requested service.
It is therefore very important that you review and make sure that all names, addresses, telephone numbers, dates, times and other information provided are correct. If the information provided is incorrect, you must immediately contact Matteo Tagliapietra at the telephone number on the website.
c) Immediately after successful payment, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of the payment received by email.
4. Prices and payment
Through the website you can view the details of the prices for the services calculated according to the vehicle, destination and date you choose. Matteo Tagliapietra reserves the right to change these prices at any time.
Payment can be made by credit cards during the booking process. The successful payment will constitute a formal contract between you and Matteo Tagliapietra.
5. Modifications to the booking
a) Any modification requested to the booking must be sent in writing to the following email address: email@example.com. All changes are subject to approval by Matteo Tagliapietra, the change confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking. Changes, subject to the conditions described above, are allowed up to 48 hours before the first scheduled transfer.
b) You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in the requested service as a result of any modification to the booking. Additional costs can arise from the change: the size of a vehicle, the destination, extras, etc. You will be notified of any additional costs in the service by email and will include a link where you can pay for the additional costs.
c) If a requested change to your booking results in a reduction in the price of the requested service, you will be refunded the difference if your change request was received at least 96 hours before your first scheduled transfer.
d) Matteo Tagliapietra will monitor the arrival time of your flight (or train) based on the information provided during the booking process. However, if your flight number changes, if you miss your flight or if your flight is canceled, you need to let us know by calling the 24-hour support number found in your booking. Any resulting changes are subject to acceptance by Matteo Tagliapietra.
e) Once the flight has landed, Matteo Tagliapietra will wait a maximum of 20 minutes at the meeting point indicated on the acknowledgment of the booking request. If you feel that your group may take more than 20 minutes to arrive at the meeting point (due to passport control, customs, baggage claim, lost luggage, etc.) we recommend that someone in your group proceed to the meeting point immediately. meeting to inform Matteo Tagliapietra of any delays. b) Cancellations that meet the above terms will be refunded in full using the same payment method and currency used at the time of purchase.
c) Cancellations made less than 96 hours before the scheduled transfer date and time indicated on your booking request will not be refunded.
7. Insurance and Liability
a) For your safety, we strongly recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy which covers you and other passengers in the event of cancellation and includes coverage for accident or illness, supplier bankruptcy, loss of baggage, loss of money as well as against other expenses.
b) Matteo Tagliapietra assumes no responsibility for any illness, injury, death or loss of any kind.
c) Any errors that may appear on the website will be corrected as soon as it becomes known. In the event of errors of this type, Matteo Tagliapietra reserves the right to cancel the reservation and refund the full amount paid by the customer at the time of booking.
8. 9 Force majeure
a) Matteo Tagliapietra cannot guarantee or be held responsible for extraordinary situations that may occur before or during the transfer. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to accidents and related delays, police checks or activities, acts of vandalism or terrorism, organized protests and riots, unforeseen dangers on the roadway, acts of government or national authority, natural disasters, fires. and adverse weather conditions or other events beyond the control of Matteo Tagliapietra.
