1) The HOTEL CHANNELS INTERNAL selection provides for navigation in small channels directed to the private dock of your Hotel. These are called INTERNAL and have DIFFICULT to access, for this reason there is a supplement of € 10 already included in the ticket. Then write the address or the name of the hotel in the empty field after selecting INTERNAL CHANNELS HOTEL. View it this list to know the names of the main hotels.
2) For all other Hotels or B&B or addresses on the Grand Canal and in the city, which do not provide DIFFICULT ACCESS, select HOTEL or B&B or OTHER ADDRESSES and enter the name of the Hotel or B&B or address in the empty field.
3) In the event that the service provides for navigation to a channel with DIFFICULT access not present in the list, a supplement of € 10 will be applied to be paid directly to the driver of the water taxi.
4) In the event that the high tide does not allow passage under the lower bridges or the low tide makes inland navigation impossible, you will be reimbursed directly by the driver of the water taxi for any additional € 10 already paid. Disembarkation or embarkation will take place as close as possible.
5) For safety reasons in particular weather conditions or in periods of the year with restrictions on circulation (regattas, special events such as biennial, cinema exhibition, Redentore festival), the service could take advantage of Mercedes Minivans diverting to Piazzale Roma. The price will not change and will be included in the assistance service offered by us.
6) At the end of the purchase procedure you will receive an email containing your ticket and a possible link to print your meeting point. If you do not receive the voucher or for assistance contact us on WhatsApp, our assistance service is available 24H.
